Robert Gaudet |

Robert co-leads the Edmonton, Alberta office. He earned a B.Sc. in chemical engineering from the University of New Brunswick and is a professional engineer licensed in Alberta, Canada. Robert has broad manufacturing experience in the areas of Process Control and Automation, as well as in Manufacturing, Maintenance, and Project Management.
Recruited in 1989 by Dow Chemical Canada Inc. in Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta, his progression led to greater responsibilities in Manufacturing, Leadership, Quality, BPR, and Six Sigma. Robert’s expertise was further developed through his role as Organizational Productivity and Cultural Change Leader. He led the development of global work process designs for operations as well as the social designs [techno-socio] for these processes.
As an advanced visionary team facilitator with a creative flair for un-conventional approaches, he is able to diagnose team and change management issues and provide interventions that have been extremely successful in a variety of business and functional teams. He has provided coaching to employees at all levels and has been involved in the facilitation of numerous Global teams at Dow. His training as a Six Sigma Black Belt has rounded out his quality background and provides a unique combination of skills and perspectives.
