For the past three (3) years, FOCUS has partnered with Houston, TX based The Sinclair Group (TSG) to implement Rapid TransformationTM with Koch Industries acquisitions, KoSa (formerly Celanese sites) and INVISTA (formerlyDuPont sites), Aleris, and Symrise. In December 2005, we continued our partnership with former Georgia Pacific Cellulose sites and look forward to working with other Georgia Pacific sites beginning Q3, 2006.
Rapid Transformation is a methodology developed by TSG that provides their clients with benchmarked, Best-in-Class work processes. We provide support to TSG in the areas of project management and Operate Assets work processes.
We also license a portion of our intellectual property offering from the Sinclair Group and we facilitate culture change workshops on their behalf, when requested.
